Provide courteous, professional, and accurate service to patients and medical providers at the front desk in the clinic.
Greeting and registering patients. Answering telephones, routing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. Creating patient charts, coordinating patient flow. Accurate and detailed inputting of patient information into the computer system. Taking payments, delivering office mail, managing reports, and other general office duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work some weekends and occasionally travel to other Bingham Memorial clinics.
Previous experience in a medical office setting required. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office.
