Full-time position available in the Pocatello Women's Health Center OB/GYN Office.
As a receptionist you will be the first and last point of contact when a patient enters the office hence customer service is of the up most concern. Associated tasks include but not limited to; checking patients in and out on an electronic medical record, scheduling appointments both in person and over the phone, collecting payments, collecting insurance information and patient demographics, working closely with nursing staff and medical providers. Excellent computer skills along with a desire to serve others is a must. The ability to work with others and be a team player is needed to achieve our organization's goal of providing compassionate healthcare for Southeast Idaho.
Associates degree or 2 years revious related experience in the medical field is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office. BLS (Basic Life Support) current.
Must be detail oriented and enjoy working in fast-paced working environment.
